How should I report a fault?
- Identify the product in question and keep the error code to hand. Please first contact our Technical Support department. They will be able to determine quickly whether the device is actually defective. If this is the case, they will forward you to our Sales Department.
- If the device is faulty and cannot be repaired by our technical experts following advice over the telephone, please complete a Replacement Request Form.
- After receipt of your form we will forward a unique code and an expected delivery date for a replacement device.
